Products & Services
Hey Farmer’s products are custom made upon purchase. It is natural that our products will dull and fade with regular use. This does not constitute a defect or failure of the product.
We have made every effort to display the designs and colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any design, color, texture or detail of actual HeyFarmer’ merchandise will be accurate.
We make every effort to have the products displayed on our Site available for sale. Products are available on our Site while supplies last. In some cases, the products displayed for sale on our Site may not be available for immediate purchase and/or shipment. In some cases, you may have the option to preorder those products with shipping to occur no more than 30 days from the time of order. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, HeyFarmer shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HeyFarmer shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled HeyFarmer shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping
All items ship USPS First class. We also ship Priority Mail upon request. Unless you ask and pay for postage insurance, Hey Farmer cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is an extra charge that you need to request **BEFORE** you complete your check out process. Email us at Slofarmer@Gmail.com requesting insurance services and we will add it to your invoice then we will revise it before you check out. Insurance starts at $1.70.
Refunds and Exchanges
We put our hearts into the quality of each and every item we send to you. If you are unhappy with your item in anyway, please email us within 5 days of receiving it if there are any issues.
